הוראות בטיחות - רכב תפעולי

כללי:

נהיגה על רכב תפעולי בשטח מועדון הגולף תיעשה בהתאם ובכפוף להוראות מסמך זה להלן.
חל איסור מוחלט לצאת משטח מועדון הגולף עם רכב תפעולי, מכל סיבה שהיא.
מנהלי מועדון הגולף אחראים על קיום הוראות הבטיחות וקיומם בפועל מול הנוהגים ברכבים, ויש להישמע להנחיותיהם.
אחריות אישית מוטלת על כל נהג רכב תפעולי לנהוג בזהירות, בהתחשב בכלל משתמשי המועדון בדגש על הולכי רגל וחוקי המשחק.
על נהג הרכב התפעולי לדווח למנהלי מועדון הגולף באופן מידי על כל תקלה ברכב וכן על כל אירוע בטיחותי ו/או תאונה.
שטח המועדון מאופיין בשיפועים שונים לכן יש לנהוג במשנה זהירות ומהירות נמוכה בזמן עליה/ירידה בשטח.

התניות למתן היתר לנהיגת רכב תפעולי:

אדם מעל גיל 17.
בעל/ת רישיון נהיגה בדרגה Bבתוקף.
מצב בריאותי תקין ללא כל מגבלה הפוגעת ביכולת הנהיגה.

כללי בטיחות והתנהגות:

איסור:	חובה:
נהיגה תחת השפעת אלכוהול או סמים	לחיצה על דוושות הרכב ברגל ימין בלבד ולא בשתי הרגליים.
שימוש בטלפון נייד בזמן נהיגה	נסיעה בשבילים המוסדרים עפ"י כיוון מסלולי הגולף
חריגה ממס' המקומות המותר ברכב	מתן זכות קדימה להולכי רגל ורכבים בהתאם לשילוט
הוצאת אברי גוף מתחומי מסגרת הרכב	שמירת מרחק בין רכב לרכב
צפירה בשטח המועדון	התחשבות בתנאי מזג האוויר בדגש על תקופת החורף
נהיגה במהירות העולה על 30 קמ"ש	עצירת הרכב בזמן משחק תתבצע בצידי הדרך במקום שאינו מפריע לשחקנים ולרכבים תפעוליים אחרים תוך הפעלת בלם החניה

מובהר בזאת כי הפרה של ההוראות הנ"ל הינה עבירה על הוראות המפקח על הרכב התפעולי המוסמך ע"י משרד התחבורה.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - OPERATIONAL VEHICLE

General:

Driving an operational vehicle on the golf club grounds will be done in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this document below.
It is strictly forbidden to leave the golf club grounds with an operational vehicle for any reason whatsoever.
The golf club managers are responsible for complying with the safety instructions and their actual implementation by those driving the vehicles. Their instructions must be obeyed.
Each operational vehicle driver has a personal responsibility to drive carefully, considering all club users, with an emphasis on pedestrians and the rules of the game.
The driver of the operational vehicle must immediately report to the golf club managers any vehicle malfunction as well as any safety incident and/or accident.
The club area is characterized by various slopes. Extreme caution and low speed must be exercised when ascending/descending the area.

Conditions for granting a permit to drive an operational vehicle:

Person over the age of 17.
Holder of a valid Class B driver’s license.
Good health without any limitation that impairs driving ability.

Safety and behavior rules:

MANDATORY:	PROHIBITION:
Pressing the vehicle pedals with the right foot only, not with both feet	Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Driving on regulated paths according to the direction of the golf fairways	Using a mobile phone while driving
Giving the right of way to pedestrians and vehicles according to signage	Number of passengers exceeding the number of seats allowed in the vehicle
Maintaining safe distance between vehicles	Extending parts of the body outside the vehicle frame while driving
Taking into account weather conditions, especially during the winter period	Sounding the vehicle’s horn on the club grounds
Stopping the vehicle during a game, while applying the parking brake, will be done on the side of the road in a place that does not interfere with players and other operational vehicles	Driving at a speed exceeding 30 km/h

It is hereby clarified that violation of the above provisions is a violation of the instructions of the supervisor of the operational vehicle authorized by the Ministry of Transportation.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ - VÉHICULE D'EXPLOITATION

Généralités:

La conduite d'un véhicule d'exploitation sur le terrain du club de golf se fera conformément aux dispositions du présent document.
Il est strictement interdit de quitter le terrain du club de golf avec un véhicule d'exploitation, quelle qu'en soit la raison.
Les responsables du club de golf sont responsables du respect des consignes de sécurité et de leur mise en oeuvre effective par les conducteurs. Leurs instructions doivent être respectées.
Chaque conducteur de véhicule d'exploitation est personnellement responsable de conduire prudemment, en tenant compte de tous les usagers du club, en accordant une attention particulière aux piétons et en respectant les règles du jeu.
Le conducteur du véhicule d'exploitation doit immédiatement signaler à la direction du club de golf tout dysfonctionnement du véhicule, ainsi que tout incident et/ou accident de sécurité.
La zone du club présente des pentes variables. Une extrême prudence et une vitesse réduite sont de mise lors des montées et descentes.

Conditions d'obtention du permis de conduire un véhicule opérationnel:

Personne âgée de plus de 17 ans.
Titulaire d'un permis de conduire de classe B valide.
Être en bonne santé et ne pas avoir de limitation pouvant compromettre la conduite.

Appuyer sur les pédales du véhicule uniquement avec le pied droit, et non avec les deux pieds	Conduite sous l'influence de l'alcool ou de drogues
Conduite sur les sentiers réglementés, conformément au sens des fairways du golf	Utilisation d'un téléphone portable au volant
Priorité aux piétons et aux véhicules, conformément à la signalisation	Nombre de passagers supérieur au nombre de places autorisées dans le véhicule
Maintien d'une distance de sécurité entre les véhicules	Extension du corps hors du cadre du véhicule pendant la conduite
Prise en compte des conditions météorologiques, notamment en période hivernale	Klaxon sur le terrain du club
L'arrêt du véhicule pendant une partie, avec le frein à main serré, se fera sur le bord de la route, à un endroit qui ne gêne pas les joueurs et les autres véhicules en service.	Conduite à une vitesse supérieure à 30 km/h

Il est précisé que toute violation des dispositions ci-dessus constitue une violation des instructions du superviseur du véhicule en service autorisé par le ministère des Transports.
